Course Overview

The Occupational Certificate: Clearing and Forwarding Agent provides learners with the knowledge, practical skills and workplace experience required to coordinate international freight forwarding, customs clearing and logistics operations. The programme develops competence in customs brokerage, import and export documentation, freight movement planning, tariff classification, warehousing, distribution and international trade compliance. Learners are equipped to manage the movement of cargo across international borders while ensuring compliance with customs legislation, transport regulations, industry standards and client requirements.
